Important Notes for Account Admins:

• Low Credit Notifications: Admins will receive an email notification when your credit balance is running low. This ensures you have ample time to replenish your credits.
• Zero Credit Warning: Both Users and Admins will see a warning page upon login if your credits have been completely used up, indicating the need to purchase additional credits.

Credit Expiry and Account Activity:

• No Expiry on Credits: Our credits do not expire. You can use them at your own convenience without any fear of losing them over time.

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be flagged for deactivation. Keep your account active by logging in or using our services periodically.
