SectorFlow is Hiring Implementation Specialists to Spearhead Product Adoption with Early Customers

As an Implementation Specialist at SectorFlow, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment of our cutting-edge AI-driven data analytics solutions within our customers' infrastructure. Your mission will be to ensure that from pre-sale to post-implementation, our products not only fulfill but surpass client expectations.

You will be involved in customizing SectorFlow's offerings to address diverse customer needs, a key aspect in delivering a seamless AI integration experience. This role is fundamental for SectorFlow to provide a smooth and effective application of AI-driven actionable insights to our clients.

This position is based at SectorFlow's offices and does not require on-site deployment at customer locations. However, it demands a close follow-up of the customers' integration processes and a strong collaboration with our product team to conceptualize and implement innovative features.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sale & Sales Activities:

• Conducting insightful pre-sale discussions to gauge prospective clients' needs and goals.
• Leading qualification calls to identify ideal customers for our solutions.
• Collaborating with the sales team to nurture the sales pipeline, offering technical guidance and insights.

Product Implementation & Integration:

• Assisting customers in integrating SectorFlow's AI solutions into their systems.
• Customizing AI models to cater to specific client requirements.
• Facilitating the integration of our solutions into clients' existing interfaces for an optimal user experience.
• Regular communication with the product and technical teams to provide feedback and propose enhancements.
• Designing product features that cater to a broad customer base.

Customer Success & Support:

• Ensuring ongoing customer engagement and maximization of product value.
• Providing efficient post-deployment support to resolve issues swiftly.
• Conducting regular customer reviews for satisfaction assessment and feedback collection.
• Recommending product improvements or new features based on client feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD/Master) in AI/Data Science.
• A strong passion for AI, continually keeping abreast of industry advancements.
• Experience in implementing AI or machine learning products.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead projects to successful completion.
• Coding proficiency and understanding of development processes.
• Knowledgeable about front-end interfaces and integration techniques.
• Team player with a collaborative work style.
