SectorFlow is Hiring Experts in Pre-training and Fine-tuning Large Language Models

SectorFlow is looking for skilled individuals to take on the role of pre-training and fine-tuning large language models. This exciting opportunity involves working on the cutting edge of generative AI technology.

The Role Involves:

• Modifying pre-trained large language models to enable human interaction.
• Equipping large language models with the capability to call external tools.
• Aligning large language models based on deployment feedback or through an ad-hoc annotation process.
• Designing the ad-hoc annotation processes themselves.

Participation in the pre-training effort is also a key aspect of this role.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• A high scientific understanding of generative AI, encompassing a broad knowledge of the AI field and specific expertise or interest in fine-tuning and applying language models for practical uses.
• High technical engineering competence, including the ability to design complex software for production use. Proficiency in navigating the full MLOps technical stack, with a focus on architecture development, model evaluation, and usage. Capabilities in occasional front-end development and managing complex HPC infrastructure autonomously.
